Welcome to Maltaqua Technical Diving, the dedicated Technical and Closed Circuit Rebreather Training and Expeditions Department for Maltaqua Ltd.

Based in St. Pauls Bay, we offer all levels of technical open circuit and closed circuit rebreather dive training. Whether you are an experienced technical diver looking to step up to the next level, or a recreational diver looking for your first deep diving experience, Maltaqua have something for you. With courses from PADI, DSAT, PSAI, TDI, BSAC and soon from SSI TeckXR, we offer everything from Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver right through to Advanced Trimix Instructor.

Voted the third best place to dive in the world, Malta is a technical diver's paradise. We provide certified divers with a full diving day trip schedule to some of the best wreck, cave and cavern diving to be found anywhere, all led by our experienced in house dive team. We have a full gas blending station on site for Air, Nitrox and Trimix gas fills, pumping to 300BAR we blend any mix you wish. We also have a large, very well stocked shop for all your equipment needs. We are also proud to be a DIR/GUE Friendly Facility.

Our staff are dedicated to technical diving, focusing on the pursuit of new shipwrecks and training strong capable technical divers. Maltaqua believe in the safety for all divers, ensuring quality with piece of mind throughout all of your training and diving experiences in Malta. The level of instruction at the centre is exceptionally high, taught by highly qualified individuals with world class diver training experience. We use only the best equipment from the leading technical dive manufacturers and the training facilities are second to none.
